Investment in a new apartment is one of the most important moments in the economic life of everyone of us. Statistics say that we usually buy 1 – 3 dwellings during our life, so every mistake counts. There are tens of people I know who bought an apartment in new block. Unfortunately for 30% of them, when they received their new home, their feelings were ranging between despair and anger. Very bad quality of finishings, many structural problems, several lies comparing to the promised quality. The result: They had to invest some extra 5.000 – 30.000 euro, in order to fix the mess, if it could be fixed. How can you be protected against cases like this?
In timp ce asteptam ca noul status al programului “Prima Casa” sa fie anuntat, sunt multi potentiali clienti interesati sa isi achizitoioneze noua lor casa, profitand de garantia Statului. In acelasi timp, fiecare vanzator asteapta de asemenea vestile, de obicei cu scopul de a cere mai mult, avand in vedere ca suma garantata se asteapata sa creasca si ea. Aceasta perioada “alba” a Romaniei incepe sa devina enervanta. Tara e ingropata sub zapada din decembrie si majoritatea activitatilor de afaceri sunt inghetatea si ele. Cu totii speram ca aceasta perioada sa se incheie curand avand in vedere ca acest an este unul critic in pentru progresul tarii. Dar dupa cele ce s-au intamplat la sfarsitul anului trecut si in ianuarie, februarie a devenit luna care va indica directia pietei pe parcursul anului. De ce? Va ofer astazi 7+1 motive la care sa va ganditi…
